sizes are right for him or her.

Therefore, the size given by Manufacturer "A" in Small size will be
XS size in Manufacturer B's scale table. Don't buy a specific size,

size and length gauge and confirm the size.
C. If any measurement is between two sizes, select the larger size.
If your measurements are close to the upper end of a given range
